23:1 intermittent fasting

 Hey all,

I started my IF schedule from 5th sept 2020 as an experiment. I decided to do it for a month and see what it does to my mind and body. I will be updating my progress for a month and beyond.

Day 1- As the last meal I took at 7.30 pm the day before so this has to continue till 7.30 pm today. I had a walk in the morning of around 4km which is my daily routine. I had water  throughout the day and cinnamon black coffee in the afternoon. Then I had black tea in evening at around 4pm. I was able to cruise through the day easily. Broke fast at 8.30 pm.

Day 2- Morning walk as usual. I had herbal tea in afternoon. Black coffee in the evening. I was feeling good throughout the day. Broke fast at 7.30pm.

Day 3- Usual morning walk, then lime water after the walk with a pinch of himalayan salt. Had green tea in the evening. Day was good. Broke fast at 7.30pm.

Day 4- Today 1 had an unplanned walk of around 6.5km. After the walk, I had lots of water. Then had lime water after an hour. Had green tea in the evening. Day was good. Broke fast at 7.30 pm.

Day 5- Today I felt tired since I set out for the walk in the morning. Kept hydrating myself. By afternoon was feeling weak, so had Daal ka paani and few dry friuts. In late afternoon had herbal tea but was not feeling as energetic as before, so decided to break the fast early- broke it at 4.30 pm.😒
